   विलियमसन के अनुसार  *सम्बन्ध स्थापित करना *आत्म-समझ *कार्यक्रम की सलाह देना और योजना बनाना *अन्य व्यक्तिगत कार्यकर्ताओं की सहायता करना     परामर्श में प्रयुक्त तकनीकें विद्यार्थी की विशिष्टता और व्यक्तित्व के अनुरूप होनी चाहिए। विलियमसन ने परामर्श की तकनीकों का वर्णन निम्नलिखित रूप में किया है------ 1)- संबंध स्थापित करना:-- जब कोई क्लाइंट पहली बार काउंसलर के पास जाता है तो काउंसलर को अपने क्लाइंट का स्वागत करना चाहिए। उसे सहज महसूस कराना चाहिए और उसे विश्वास में लेना चाहिए। संबंध स्थापित करने का मुख्य आधार काउंसलर की योग्यता, व्यक्तित्व के प्रति सम्मान, साक्षात्कार से पहले आत्मविश्वास और लोगों के साथ संबंध विकसित करना है।  2) आत्म-समझ:--- विद्यार्थी या ग्राहक को अपनी क्षमताओं और जिम्मेदारियों का ज्ञान और समझ बहुत स्पष्ट रूप से होनी चाहिए। इन क्षमताओं और जिम्मेदारियों का उपयोग करने से पहले ग्राहक को इन सभी को समझना चाहिए। इसलिए परामर्शदाता के पास परीक्षण प्रशासन का अनुभव होना चाहिए और परीक्षण स्कोर की व्याख्या परामर्श प्रक्रिया में निदान और पूर्वानुमान क...

 उफ़! कितना सन्नाटा था, चारों तरफ सन ,सन ,सन, सन । दूर-दूर तक लोग नजर आ रह रहें थे,लेकिन जैस जैसे सब  शांत खड़े हो,लोग बोल भी रहे थे, बात भी कर रहे थे ,लेकिन उनकी आवाज सुनाई नहीं दे रही थी। मानो वह खामोश खड़े हो ,चारों तरफ नजर दौड़ाई तो कुछ बड़े और कुछ छोटे-छोटे पेड़ भी थे। हवा चल रही थी, पेड़ों के हिलने  से यह आभास हो रहा था। किंतु हवा का ना तो कोई शोर था और ना ही हवा का कोई एहसास। सहसा आकाश की ओर निगाह डाली जैसे चारों तरफ सन्नाटा ही सन्नाटा हो ,चांद चमक रहा था चारों तरफ तारे भी झिलमिल  कर रहे थे,लेकिन एक अचानक, एक अजीब सी शांति थी, सन्नाटा था पूरे वातावरण में। लेकिन शोर था, हलचल भी थी, तूफान मचा था, लेखिका  के मन में, लेखिका के हृदय में। उसे शोर ,तूफान और हलचल के कारण चारों ओर के वातावरण का शोर मानो सुनाई ना दे रहा हो ।  अरे !यह क्या हो गया? सन्नाटा कहां खत्म हो गया? शांति कहां चली गई? अचानक सब लोग क्यों भागने लगे? क्यों दौड़ने लगे? यह जानने के लिए लेखिका के कदम भी उन दौड़ते हुए लोगों की तरफ अचानक बढ़ गए ,बढ़ते गए और वहां जाकर थम गए जहां से यह कहकर, समझा ...
