   परामर्शदाता की भूमिका (विलियम्सन के अनुसार) काउंसलर की जिम्मेदारियाँ (स्टीवर्ड के अनुसार) परामर्शदाता-‐---- परामर्शदाता संबंध  परामर्शदाता की भूमिका  एगविलियमसन:-- ने एक संपादित पुस्तक "थ्योरीज़ ऑफ़ काउंसलिंग" में एक परामर्शदाता की भूमिका के बारे में विस्तार से बताया है, इस पुस्तक का संपादन "बफ़ोर्ड स्टेफ़ायर और डब्ल्यू. हेरोल्ड ग्रांट" ने किया है। इस पुस्तक में समझाए गए परामर्शदाता की भूमिका का सारांश इस प्रकार है:- --- 1)- छात्रों को उनके व्यवहार को बदलने में मदद करना:--परामर्शदाता का उद्देश्य छात्रों को सीखने के माध्यम से उनके व्यवहार को बदलने में मदद करना है।  विद्यार्थी अपनी विशेषताओं, अपनी क्षमताओं, अपनी रुचि और अपने व्यवहार आदि के बारे में भी अधिकतम जानना चाहते हैं। 2)- छात्रों को उनके व्यवहार को संशोधित करने में मदद करना:-- परामर्शदाता का उद्देश्य सीखने के माध्यम से छात्रों को उनके व्यवहार को संशोधित करने में मदद करना है।  इस दृष्टि से परामर्शदाता एक शिक्षक के समान ही होता है।  परामर्शदाता और ग्राहक दोनों तय करते हैं कि किस व्यवहार में बदलाव...
